no basic automations included

This deal does NOT include ANY automation (google sheet, webhooks, or stripe payments) which makes useless. They keep saying to use this deal for agencies as an addon or freebie. How is that going to help the agency? I regret getting this deal in the first place.

Great product

I have been using Climbo for my business and it has made a huge difference in my online presence. With Climbo, I am able to easily manage and monitor all of the online reviews that my business receives. It's great because I can see what customers are saying about me in real-time and respond quickly if there are any issues or concerns. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for even someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. Overall, I highly recommend Climbo to any business looking to harness the power of online reviews.

Started off quite well and went downhill from there

Climbo started off ok for me. Yes, it wasn't very polished but you expect that with an early-stage SaaS on Appsumo.

However, it's becoming more apparent that this deal is just a feeder to a lot more expensive private white-label deal that they are constantly pushing.

The carousel widget is in desperate need of a redesign.

Who has scroll bars on a carousel review widget? They look amateur and just have bad UX.

On a mobile, you can't even see the scroll bars. We've watched user sessions recorded on MS Clarity and the users are frustrated clicking away because they can't read the full review.

When I reported this to support I just got told to put a feature request in!

A feature request, it's a review management app!

For visitors to be able to easily read the reviews in the widgets should be part of the core, not an additional feature.

And to top it all off they've now added a Climbo logo to the widget, which was not in the deal when I signed up.

I guess we have to upgrade to the white label to remove it!

Overall, I'm very disappointed, sadly. It started off quite well and went downhill from there.

Enticing outside, Useless inside!

My experience with Climbo is super-disappointing.

The initial surprise came when I realized that every website widget created with it came stamped with a "Climbo" logo, which gave an unprofessional impression. Even if you have unlimited clients in your plan, you can't use it on even one. Frankly, I'd rather invest $10/monthly in one of the many apps available in the market.

To add to the frustration, the white-label option, which allows you to remove the logo, comes with a hefty price tag of approximately $1500. In my view, this pricing strategy is a significant misstep. They try to convince you that you can make thousands of dollars selling their SaaS. Well, I don't need it.

From the description, I expected Climbo to be a straightforward review management and widget app, but they have made it too useless that doesn't align with my needs or expectations.

PS: @Climbo team, I want to clarify that I'm aware of the newly introduced white-label plan. However, when I initially bought the product, there was no mention of this change or any indication of it in your road map. From my perspective, this purchase feels like a scam having lost my $49.

Bad Support

I've purchased Climbo only to check it and if liking it I was going to get the White label version.

After getting the initial deal, I've tried to contact the support many times and I had one single reply on my questions.

So I decided not to buy the White Label, since lack of support.

If you want to sell white label product you must improve your support and at least answer on simple questions.
