A: No, we will not be charging. You can switch to V2 and continue using the platform with the same features and quotas you have.

Thanks for this question.

The deal has recently sold out, but if any Sumolings wish to include additional members to their account, they can easily do so by reaching out to our dedicated support/sales team. We offer a fixed monthly rate for extra members. It's important to note that members can be removed and their slots reused. If you encounter inactive users, you can safely retain all the group data while deleting the inactive account.

After creating a group, you're welcome to add as many individuals as needed and upload files without any restrictions within that group; limitations cannot be imposed in a group. The limit applies at the account level based on the number of codes purchased. Each code allows for 15 additional members and an extra 50GB of storage.

Considering the limited time left on this deal, we highly recommend purchasing the codes. However, if after consulting with our team, the portal doesn't fully align with your requirements, rest assured there's a 60-day refund policy in place.

Once you've completed your purchase, we encourage you to schedule a session with our Client Success Team. They're eager to assist you in navigating the portal effectively and optimizing its use for your business.

We currently offer support for 14 languages, allowing users to adjust the default portal language settings within the main account settings located on the left sidebar. Moreover, members have the capability to select their preferred language from their individual profile settings.

At present, we are actively exploring the inclusion of more languages within our platform.
