Clinked applies the same security and privacy controls for all of its customers, including AppSumo accounts.
However, customers who are required by law to comply with HIPAA, must have an Enterprise or account with Clinked and sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). To comply with HIPAA they need to enforce policies within their organizations to meet HIPAA requirements.
Additionally Clinked is ISO certified with ISO27001 accreditation, ensuring robust data security practices. We've also have Cyber Essentials Certification. Additionally, Clinked adheres to GDPR standards, demonstrating a commitment to the highest levels of data privacy.

Great. We have over 500+ healthcare customers (and growing) who we would want to onboard with their own unique Clinked portals. Would these customers be considered "Members" or "guest users/groups".
