This is the 2nd client portal I've purchased through AppSumo in the past year (also got Client Portal - which was a great first step but had some major design limitations). My initial experience with Clinked is that it's really close to what I want. Not quite there but really close and good enough that I plan on keeping it.

Among the pros are how slick it looks on the client side - which was a major concern for me. The integrated chat function is super cool. I love that there is some level of integration with Google Drive. Customizing the platform with my branding was easy and I love how I can customize the Welcome screen (a major limitation I was facing in Client Portal). The very fact that I can include personalized videos gives me the opportunity to highly personalize/humanize my client's experience and also to continually upsell them by having my face there every time they log on showing them new and exciting new opportunities.

Unlike other reviewers, the 30 members is fine for me because I do my freelance web design and digital marketing as a side business. I can't imagine maintaining more than 30 clients at a time so the limitation doesn't bother me.
Also, price can't be beat for what you're getting.

My cons list: The Google Drive function is very limited. If they had functionality to integrate entire GDrive folders, that would be incredible. Instead, you have to integrate the GDrive files one by one so I couldn't use Clinked as a portal for clients to upload all their pics and media to GDrive - which means I'm still needing to use multiple platforms.
Also, the Tasks function seems like it should be great BUT they don't allow for sub-tasks, which means I'll still need to use Trello or a Google Sheet or something like that - which I don't like. Most of the tasks on my list include sub-tasks. Seems like a very simple functionality to add so I'm not sure why they said they're not planning to in the webinar.
