Q: Hi Jaspreet, feels like it's been a long time since I asked the first questions here, and I've seen that the product is now on the countdown.
First of all, congratulations, great development, from whitelabeling to unlimited everything to domain-specific display, everything has been implemented.
What I am still missing and therefore asking:
* has anything changed with gdpr (DPA, server EU, since pinecone is no longer necessary)?
* is there an ETA for openrouter?
* did not find something for chat history under the questions - is it available now?

May 14, 2024A: Hi Klest,
Yes we have launched quite a few new exciting features to Cloozo. Thanks to the feedback provided by users like you that keep us improvising our tool for better.
Below are my answers to your questions.
1. Since Pinecone is optional, so you don't need to have any pinecone account. Though its great and a recommended one but completely optional. Instead, we now manage all your data at our end. The data is hosted on EU servers (Germany).
2. Openrouter is on our roadmap and In Development. You can track the progress here: https://roadmap.cloozo.com/p/openrouter-integration-pls-up-vote-QhrIvI
3. Chat history is under QA testing and will be made LIVE soon. https://roadmap.cloozo.com/t/qa

Jas
Hi Jas,
that's fantastic news with data hosting in EU and all other things are already in development. You just skipped the question about DPA (okay, it was not so clear I was asking): do you have one?
Will talk to my team, but we will certainly opt-in - but after Black Friday. Actually, there are too many invests in tools that are only here untill cybermonday.
Best Regards
Hi,
Sorry for that. I’m unaware of DPA. We are from India and we don’t have to go through any such laws. Hence I’m not properly sure of what that means.
But if it’s of a concern , please let me know how does it affect the end users and what are WE required to do?
Thanks
Hi Jas,
sorry, i should have pointed this out: a DPA means data processing agreement, you can find templates for this on the internet, maybe look here(https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/6738-gdpr-offline-compliance-duties). in short: think of it as a contract between customer and company that allows the company to process personal data on behalf of the customer - this is part of gdpr. Since you are hosting in Germany, your hosting provider should provide an appropriate template (with corresponding content for the service) that you can use.
I have to create this for each customer and list how I do this with the processing of their data - that is not your problem. But so that I can provide the document for my customers, I naturally need a corresponding document from you, which is created when we conclude such a DPA (I for all my customers as consent to data processing by you).
Many companies offer this in the backend, completely filled out, you only have to click once on agree and then it is saved unchangeably, done - that's how answerly does it, for example. There is of course also the option of creating it as a document, having it signed by both parties and sending it (by email).
Ah ok. Let me check this my team and get back to you. Thanks for explaining everything :)
Best
Jas
