A: Hi oriyality,
1. You can upload unlimited files. And there are no character limits.
2. Each file can be maximum of size 50 MB.

I currently use a different ai chatbot that I purchased from Appsumo a couple weeks ago. The one I'm currently use can be used as a sales/support/both bot. You can choose the desired outcome and flow of the conversation. Can Cloozo do this?
