This is my fave app so far on Taco Day.
The pros:
-Max freedom with vector database for your chatbots, specifically, no limit of characters, number of files. Support CSV file.
-Create namespaces to manage your data
-Simple, easy-to-understand interface
Cons:
I hope they will develop more functionalities like human intervention, chat history export, rate limit setting(in case people abuse your chatbots), carousel cards, pin code...
The list can go on. I give it a 5 star because other chatbot apps have limitations of size or file type and when you apply to your use cases its very limiting and you might as well develop one chatbot yourself with the vector database. Cloozo filled this gap and I am looking forward to their roadmap.
