Hey everyone! So, I've been hanging out with Cloozo for a couple of months now, and I've also been snooping around to see what others think about it. My goal was to enhance customer support on different websites I own.

I was impressed with Cloozo's user-friendly but ugly interface. It's intuitive and straightforward, making it accessible even for someone without a deep technical background. Setting up the platform was a breeze, especially with the helpful documentation Aman provided.

My primary use case involved uploading my product user guides and support articles. I was surprised at how well the chatbots responded to queries based on this data. I uploaded a substantial amount of content, including thirty medical books, each one with more than 1000 pages, and Cloozo handled it quickly.

At the beginning of my journey, I encountered a minor issue related to character handling, which was promptly addressed and resolved by Cloozo's support team. The responsiveness and efficiency of the Aman support were fast.

The chatbots I created were responsive and accurate. Initially, I used only GPT-3.5, but with the recent update allowing the gpt-4-1106-preview model, I'm excited about the potential improvements in the chatbot's capabilities.

My experience with Cloozo has been positive. The platform stands out for its ease of use, robust data handling, and excellent AI performance. While there are several areas for improvement, Cloozo is a tool I recommend to others looking to integrate AI chatbots into their digital strategy, particularly for customer support purposes.

- Limited Advanced Customization: While customization is a strength, I desire more advanced options, particularly in the chatbot's appearance, for example, choosing a custom font.
- Backend Interface Design: The Cloozo interface could be more modern and visually appealing.
- Limited Multilingual Support: Despite recent improvements, the platform is less accommodating for languages other than English.
