As someone that owns 17 LTD of Closely I can tell you this product does not do what it promises even in the most basic sense. We have the consistent problem of the software messing up the sequence of messages and even sending messages from your campaign to people in your inbox that are not part of your campaign at all!! We've hade multiple occasions reputation damage because of this.
Every time we reach out to support the mention that they're working on the problem for weeks and when they say it works, we test again and boom same problem.

May 9, 2024Hi there. Sorry to hear about your experience. We are indeed doing our best to figure out why this is happening. A crucial part of every fix is reproducing the issue. Linkedin is using different APIs and multiple versions of website code for every user and because the issue you have faced is quite rare, it's quite hard to catch it and reproduce it ourselves. That's why it turns out to be a lengthy process so far in your particular case.
