Q: How can I use this to PASSIVELY and SCALABLY keep my existing connections warm?
My experience with network-building apps like these is that they can be great to create new connections. But then what? A larger network needs more resources to keep warm. It creates a new kind of problem that we don't have time to solve. Eventually, the initial enthusiasm wanes, we stop using the tool, and the network goes cold. In short, it doesn't scale across the contacts/leads lifecycle.
What's different about Closely on this front? I see similar products offer little sweeteners like automated messages for birthdays, work anniversaries, and the like. That's a good start, and is basically expected of any LinkedIn outreach platform these days (where's this on your roadmap?). Going further, a good "if this then that" event-driven automations platform would be extremely powerful, especially if it could link with other tools and even AI.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have the option to create the event-based message campaigns. However, I will transfer this idea to the team - you are really making a great point.
In the meantime, you can create a regular message campaign for your connections by selecting the leads on the My Network tab or uploading the file on the Import from CSV (My Network) tab.
