Q: Lead Finder Not Included for Admin Members?
Hi there, I just purchased 6 codes and successfully added 2 additional members as admins. However, it seems that I am the only one able to access the lead finder. Since I couldn’t find any mention stating that the lead finder is not included for admin members, could you clarify if that’s the case or if there might be something else causing this issue?

Admin members should have access to Lead Finder. Please, contact our support via chat in the product or via email support@closelyhq.com and they will look into it and will open Lead Finder for your members.

Thanks, Alex. I sent a chat message around about the same time I posted here. Just now got a reply within seconds of receiving yours. Didn't realise the lead finder has to be manually activated for each additional team member. Thanks for the assist, your team has been most helpful.
