I could say, there are only positives to say about Closely, but there are some improvements they could make.

However, Closely is my go-to program, where I run my messaging campaigns with on a daily basis.

You can either search for your target audience on Closely or import them directly from LinkedIn.

Then create a messaging campaign or search for their emails and create an email campaign.

These campaigns get sent automatically at a time you choose to your audience into their message inbox (or email). - Simple!

You can add tags to your prospects, that you can find them after an interaction or add notes. (athough I find the notes not really useful, as they stay on the inbox even if you go to the next prospect and I actually have never found a note in my prospect list....)

Now I come to the things, that could be improved: Dates in inbox, when you sent the last message (i.e. search facility) or at least a date, when the prospect was first contacted. (sorting filter) You don't necessarily send certain follow up messages to brand new prospects that have a follow up tag.

When you import leads, you have to "match" the CSV columns with Closely. Could that be made easier, or at least given the advice to delete these columns?

In "My network" a button, where you can delete tags given to a selection! That would make it so much easier!

Also, leads that have been contacted via Zoom, mostly stay as "unread messages" in your inbox.

The message tree creating the campaigns is actually really easy! Great feature, even for me 🙂.

Enough constructive criticism, Closely is an awesome program, I could not live without.
