I’m sorry to hear it felt basic from your side. We’re actually continuously expanding our events, triggers, and automation logic - especially over the past year with the addition of an enhanced campaign builder with conditional logic. We’ve also been shipping improvements around integrations and team features. Recently, we released a 2-way LinkedIn integration for CRMs, and we’re actively expanding our integrations, working on adding APIs, and continuing to develop our White Label capabilities.

Every outreach tool has a slightly different approach, and I completely understand that not every platform fits every workflow. That said, we’re building Closely for long-term growth and continuously improving it based on user feedback.
