You Must need to know before you Buy!

The concept of closely is good. But their inbox section on closely dashboard is sucked!

To make a good relationship with your client, you must reply to their messages as soon as possible. What closely do is they read your LinkedIn messages when they sync on their dashboard.
That means you won't get any notification when someone messages you! the sync process is also not working well. It took lots of time.

I requested them many times to bring an option to turn off the inbox if I don't want to use it. But they don't have any plan to do it.

Second: The campaign works well. I have been using it for a long time. But sometimes, they failed to deliver follow-up messages.

Hi there. The concept we feel like being the safest is refraining from browsing from two different devices as well as keeping tabs on how many messages and connection requests you are sending.
Disabling Inbox would most likely increase the number of complaints about the number of verification PINs on used Linkedin accounts as people would rush towards their mobile phones - laptops - whatever to send the replies, while Closely also works on sending connection requests and messages.
This is why we added inbox in the first place - to have an ability to send messages from multiple LI profiles in the same place without triggering user agent change and staying safe within the limits set for your Linkedin profile.
I understand the urge to reply to your prospect within minutes, but the concept of this and how it looks from the prospect's end is debatable to be honest :)

The follow-up message you mentioned - have you communicated it to your team? It could be due to daily limits of your account.
