No support from developers

You are telling on your website that you are going to provide "priority support" for "CloudApp Team Plan" - ok

I bought code and had a problem with camera , so I left a message to your support team 2 days ago. I even got email after that I would be contacted in next 24 hours maximum or faster:
"Hi ,

Thanks for contacting us! We received your message and it may take us up to 24 hours to respond but we usually reply way faster.

While you wait, check our Help Center where you may find the information you're looking for.

Thank you!

CloudApp Support"

It was 35 hours ago, noone contacted me back yet.
If it is priority support, I am worrying about people without priority :)))...
