Website was broken for a full day due to a setup bug. Support claimed it was caused by me 😊
I repeatedly received "413 Request Entity Too Large" errors when trying to install other plugins. The issues disappeared only after uninstalling their plugin.
Support response was too slow, and I saw no noticeable speed improvements, actually the opposite is absolute correct, they promised a significant speed but I assume they mean after uninstalling their plugin.
Overall, the service created more problems than it solved. My advice: stick with reliable solutions such as Cloudflare combined with security plugins like Wordfence to block bad bots—you don’t need this service, and I'm happy since two days only left for this SaaS to leave Appsumo, so Sumolings only gets the right products.
Ah, one more thing, the interface is so ugly and unclean, with no suitable colors, they definitely need a UX/UI designer to re-design their portal.
