No support!
This is a really big concern for me - I submitted a chat ticket in October. No responses. I send an email this week trying to get help again, and still, no response.
I'm not sure there is actually someone managing the company - I think they took our money and are delivering the product as is with limited intention on supporting users based on the response I'm getting from them!
