Q: When I click to try and connect it to facebook it says I need to request access from you to able to use it?

How in the heck do I get support for this and get it to connect?

I have and it still isn't fixed. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to refund this since it doesn't work.

I had refunded when it didn’t work but I just repurchased it. How do I apply the née code to reactive?

I signed up again and it still gives nothing but errors...so I refunded again. Really bummed that this doesn't work right. Feels more like a cheap broken unfinished tool in early beta.
