Do we need to buy cloudsponge again if we are using talkable?
Is it mandatory to have referral program to use cloud sponge? Most referral programs that cloudsponge integrates with are very expensive. so what is the solution for small businesses?

May 15, 2024A: The default Talkable integration works, but it won't allow you to do any customizations or use your own OAuth credentials for Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft. For that you will need to use your own CloudSponge key and ask the people at Talkable to use your key instead of their shared key.
I think the least expensive option for a referral program platform that we're already integrated with is AutomateWoo's Refer a Friend plugin.
We'd be delighted to work with any provider if you'd like to make an introduction. Unfortunately we need consent and participation from each platform since they need to integrate our Contact Picker into their interface, otherwise we would do all of them ourselves.

...and no it's not mandatory to have a referral program to use CloudSponge. You can do a direct/basic integration yourself for any of our many use cases.
