Probably sold off to someone who doesn't understand Linux and hosting and just collects payments from those who still pay. This happened to LTDs I bought before.

Why hasn’t AppSumo taken action on CloudStick’s deceptive whitelabel claim? Many of us upgraded to Tier 3 because the seller clearly stated in the Q&A that whitelabeling was included. Now they’re demanding extra payment after leaving AppSumo. That’s bait-and-switch. Most of us would’ve stayed on Tier 1 if not for this misleading info. When is AppSumo going to refund us for this scam? Please escalate this and protect your loyal buyers — this damages trust.
Time to honor your business model and REFUND this scam. Why the silence? I am genuinely curious what (if any) diligence App Sumo conducts prior to allowing these shady deals. Maybe Noah Kagan will chime in? If the numbers were remotely promising, I guess app sumo would use them in advertising. Alas- lots of talk, then silence. Changed terms, failed service. I want my refund and am really sick of this. This should be emergency for app sumo business model, but crickets. Time to step up Noah- demonstrate integrity by showcasing the diligence you do on every product. People are fed up with the various scams, silence, and lack of accountability. Trust is gone.
