I bought Tier 3 because it was advertised that whitelabel access would be provided to anyone who purchased it. When the feature was released, they apparently decided not to honor their commitment. Steer clear of this company and its products.

I'd like to amend what others already said about this embarrassing scam: it's not just the deal terms, the product itself is BROKEN since Feb 25 and support is a black hole. If you leave security updates enabled (which is crucial for web hosting), the server breaks and becomes unusable. Database goes down and you can't install SSL anymore. I want my money back!

And one website down (hosted by them) because no more credits, that I could not top up because it does not work ... and no support reply ---> S C A M !!! + big timeloss for me (and many others as I can see here)

CloudStick promised a business plan if you bought three codes, but they lied. It was a terrible experience with an untrustworthy company. I don't know how the founder can sleep at night knowing he scammed hundreds of people.

As anyone can see, CloudStick has left the building and left Sumolings holding the bag, a story that repeats itself time and again. Does AppSumo care? You tell me, because so far my personal experience is they say they will contact the seller of the software and then all you hear from AppSumo is crickets after they tell you the vendor will get back to you (which never happens).

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on products on AppSumo and NOT ONCE has AppSumo lifted a finger to help when I've notified them of a scam product.

As a result, I recently let my AppSumo Plus membership lapse and will take a long break from purchasing anything here because AppSumo's guarantees are completely worthless.

The reputation of AppSumo is in tatters and soon nobody will buy anything here once software becomes democratized in the very near future.
