I bought this just today and was able to have most of the functionalities running, name server, wp website, ssl, email etc. And whenever I got stuck, they have a well managed documentation. Compared to others this one for the price is really worth it with all its features. Specifically the email functionality which is quite often missing in other saas which came on appsumo. I do wish there was a way to backup to my own ftp or any other cloud rather than the internal offer of 10GB (Tier 3) which is low given the number of websites. I did come accros minor bugs like refresh page issues, filesystem quota update giving random errror but its not that significant. I'm quite sure this product has great potential.
