This review reflects my extreme disappointment with CloudStick. I purchased the Tier 3 offering during the AppSumo campaign with the clear understanding that it would include a free upgrade to their Business Plan in the future. This was a significant factor in my decision to invest in this product and a major reason why I chose the Tier 3 level over the other options.

Unfortunately, CloudStick has now revoked this promise after the refund period had passed, leaving many of us who bought the Tier 3 plan feeling betrayed and misled. This is not just a minor change; it's a complete reversal of a key selling point. It's very concerning when a company is willing to break their word after they have already received their payment. This type of behavior indicates a lack of integrity and cannot be condoned.

The decision by CloudStick to go back on this agreement has completely destroyed any trust I had in the company. The timing of the announcement, after the refund period expired, is also highly suspect, leaving early supporters like myself with very limited recourse.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend CloudStick. Their actions show a lack of respect for their customers, and the breach of promise is inexcusable. This is a company that I advise others to be extremely cautious about engaging with. They have demonstrated a clear disregard for their commitments and ultimately, they are not to be trusted.
