Very Dangerous - You cannot backup your sites
We haven't been able to backup our sites or databases for almost a month, since we bought this product. Clicking on "enable backups" in any site will produce an "Internal server error" notification.
We have opened an urgent ticket and been waiting for a solution for a week, with replies saying "should be fixed now, please try" - but it is still broken.
Will request a refund if this isn't solved soon, as you cannot operate a business (or your client's businesses) without backups.

Edited Oct 7, 2024We are already checking your support ticket and the issue is being addressed. I see that you. I have noticed lots of delays in communication from your end, even though we have fixed the issue and you haven't checked on time.
The ticket was opened for 4 days only not a week, you have responded each time after 24 hours and that's how 2 days are over! However, you can anticipate 24 - 48 hours to get this issue solved on your account.
