I just upgraded to tier 2 after testing tier 1 for few days. What I like about the tool is a simple UI, easy to Navigate, feature rich and deliver what it promises. Above all the support team is fantastic, responds quickly to questions and available on the chat readily. Also , the team is always listening to the feedback and open to new feature request. I have been able to see detailed reports about different logs, application usage and the screen shots to my satisfaction. I will use it for VA as well as found a good parental use case as well. I am looking forward to the roadmap feature of being able to control and block the apps as well. I wish the team all the best !
