Q: Hi - could you add the ability to mark applications as internal - so the use case being you create checklists ...
for internal employees to complete
Eg software releases they tick off the tasks they have completed and when all ticked we have an audit that they followed the procedure?
This would make the product incredible and you wouldn’t need process street then. It could be used as a checklist / internal auditing system to meet standards such as ISO27001.
Pretty please 😀 just needs a checklist option and to mark as an internal application and standards in any business can then be raised.
Also....can you add the ability to send off multiple applications in one go eg to 10 people on the same team?

May 14, 2024A: Hello 😊,
Thank you for you post.
Some of our clients already use Clust for internal processes (employee, onboarding, internal projects, ...)
They don't need to mark applications as internal because all their applications are internal :) Also, some client use Clust for both internal and external applications, the difference being the template they use for each use case.
Regarding Checklist, You can assign tasks to recipients. This is exactly the use case you're mentioning.
Last point about multiple applications in one go : already added to our roadmap thanks to feedbacks like yours here 👍
So I would advise you start using Clust andyou'll see that it can really fit to your needs.
Hope it helps

Hey sorry - by internal I meant so it can be used externally and internally.
So internally it would be used as an audit for ticking off a checklist. Think pilot before a flight - then you’d have an audit of all flights done and they they completed the necessary checks.
Not collecting documents but enforcing standards. Then you have an audit trail of the procedure completed each time.
Then think of that in releasing a website launch or software release....internal procedures...
Or would checklists just be assigned to an internal team member? But they can’t then go and fill in a new one every new release or website release we’d have to manually send it to them?
I was just thinking like a client portal where ‘procedures’ are listed and they just fill them in and follow them whenever required at their discretion. They’d just pick a template or something marked as internal procedure.
May not be possible?
Hello Sumo-ling!
There are different ways to do this with Clust.
I want to get the whole picture (have you talked with Pascal from Support I feel like he mentioned a similar question from a trial account user)
We can chat about that if you want.

OK so I have played with it a bit more. You can add the sub title to not show to the client. If you could add items and mark them as not viewable by the client, when the admin team view the application they could fill in the remaining parts of the application that needs to be done internally and then update the progress of the whole application to the client :)
That would cover internal processes and workflows in the business too ensuring all steps get completed :)
Hello Sumo-ling,
Thank you for checking it more in details :)
You can also mark a document and form as private :)
Would that work?
I've made a new 'how to set up your template' video here in a 100% authentic french accent where I am talking about it, hope you like it!

Hiya I had a look - sorry I didn't quite get it - was some part of the form private only? How did you make that private only so only team members see it only?
I saw you made a sub title not appear to the client ... does this mean anything under that subtitle doesnt show to the client?

So looking again - are you saying you would add this in Define all cases when specific documents are needed so we would add internal team as an option and only internal team members on the application would see it?
What if we wanted them to submit numerous applications e.g. each software release the team member would need to login to clear each time could they not just go to a url with a password and create a new 'application' each time so we have an audit of each software release when done?
We'd basically need a form with a number of checklsts on for this to happen then we'd have a full audit of any issues per release etc.
