Yes, i think it is possible to limit only support for 1 year, I will think about it.
According to multiple sites - I plan to provide additional bundles for 5 and 25 sites.

i have miss the swiftperformance ltd, that would be great to catch this ltd, for one year support is enough, user can order support after it expire, you can have more plan such as 5 site 50 site 100 site, that would be great

not sure my comment wasn't saved correctly or deleted for some reason.
The 25 option would be OK but with a grain of salt for me. As agency i maintain 80+ websites. So it wouldn't make sense to buy a solution for only a part of the sites, or ever have to decide if a site is worth the plugin or not.
In my opinion you would greatly benefit from an real LTD offer for at least 250 sites or 1.000 sites.
If you cut of support it's just selling for you.
Your benefit would be a much bigger impact in the community. A lot of users of ambassador of your plugin even if the deal here is over.
Every price consideration is OK, it's your business, but here on AppSumo – in my experience – the well priced deals make the biggest waves while such offers with nearly the same price than original won't get much attention.
I send your offer here to the WP Tuts facebook group. I think well priced it would be a good multiplicator for you...

Thank for considering this. Personally even 25 would come with a grain of Salt for me. I'm responsive for 80+websites as agency. Using only 25 with a top Performance Tool and not the others wouldn'be great. For agency there should be a 250 Limit at least.
At the Moment i mistly use Swift Performance Lite, wich only comes with the ads as drawback.
You play in the same League like Swift pro or WP Rocket. Having a good Deal hereshould boost your visibility.
If you have a Look at Rabbit Loader here, you can See how mich impact such offers make. Also outside of Appsumo with reviews from WP Tuts and so on.

i have a short addition: The point is, i'm in Webdesign since 1996 and do Wordpress since 2011, but the first time i heard about your plugin was in a comment under the RabbitLoader Plugin. It's mostly unknown across the community.
I've then tested it and instantly found it outperformed my former solution. Thats why i'm try to pushing it so much ;)
So having an impact here on AppSumo gives your Plugin the attention it deserves.
I'm sure you'll benefit from this word of mouth propaganda for a long time after this offer here. But this only will happen, if you reach a critical mass.

I'm in 100% agreement with Torsten. There is a huge opportunity to make some profit from this campaign, but also get great word of mouth and get your business name out there with the bigger players in the space. And it being a WordPress plugin, if you can keep support down to 1 year then the ongoing cost would be minimal.
