Q: if i need 2 double accounts, can i buy 3 code?
2code for the 1st double account, and 1 code for the subaccount

For 2 Double accounts 3 codes will be fine yes:
1 code + 1 code = 1st account & a sub account
then you can stack your 3rd code in the sub-account to make it Double
