When our agency is building a new website for clients, we used to have an intro email that asked for some web assets and asked clients to answer a few questions. For years it has frustrated us that some clients take 10+ reply emails to supply these assets and answer our 5 basic questions. This creates a lot of work for us.

We have reviewed other solutions to this pain-point over the years. Some were similar to Clust, but they were designed (and priced) for Enterprise Customers.

With excitement we setup Clust (it didn't take long at all!). We now have a brand new workflow for on-boarding clients and a much more customer friendly (and professional) approach.

While one can send an email from Clust to the client with the link to their personal portal, Clust also offers an embed function for our website. We chose the later which means that we can send the client to a fixed page on our website where they can self register and fill in all the required fields and upload all of the materials we need. We like this for a myriad of reasons, but one important reason is that it keeps our email history in our internal systems for follow-up, reminders, CRM syncing, etc.

We're very impressed with the maturity of Clust and how closely it fits our need. Well done Clust Team!
