Q: Document Summary
Hi,
just bought Nodeland. It seems to be a cool tool.
I uploaded a document (300+ pages), but when it comes to "Summarizing Document 100%, Nodeland doesn't get past that...
Is the tool even capable of summarizing such large documents and outputting them in a mind map?
And if so, how much wait time should I factor in?
Even a 16 Page Doc is stucking after 100% in loading mode…
Hmmmm?!
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.

Nope...Document Summary didn´t work... over one hour loading screen....
Hey Gabriel... I tested it. Short documents work. Large documents, for example, 250+ pages, do not work. I only tried with a maximum of 30 pages in short PDFs and 276 pages in the large doc. First of all, thank you for fixing the issue. Maybe you can also find a way to summarize large docs ;) Thanks man!!!
Great news! We’ve implemented significant improvements, allowing Nodeland to summarize even very large documents—successfully tested on files up to 300 pages.
Please keep in mind that summarizing such large files may take a little longer. Additionally, the loading percentage indicator is based on average processing time, so it may not be accurate
Awesome Gabriel…Now the big boys will be summarized…!!!
Nope... still doesn’t work! Such a pity!
If you’re trying to summarize a book or similar non-sensitive content, would you be able to share a copy of the PDF with us? This would help us replicate the issue and identify the cause more effectively. We’re committed to ensuring everything works seamlessly for you and would greatly appreciate your input to resolve this.
Hi Gabriel,
besides my review, which I unfortunately cannot address again through a response.
Regarding point 2 with the connections of notes:
- Do it like with prototyping software. Inspiration comes from other industries!
For example, simply display a plus symbol in a circle outside a note when clicked. Then just drag to connect it with another note!
Hope that helps.
