I've tried to reach out to your support, and nothing. I can't access and edit my sites, now that you've changed your platform to "Cobiro CSS" for Google Ads and "Cobiro Connect". Neither of these contain my websites, which are still live, and I need to edit them through the Cobiro website builder that you used to have.

A: On August 3rd, 2024, our support has been in contact with Sarah. Unfortunately, the website builder was shut down in 2022. The sites were allowed to remain active. The shutdown was a strategic business decision and AppSumo customers with unused coupons were offered other products.
I am sorry for the loss of your site. We had a transition period of a year where customers could get help transferring the site to other providers. It is hard to say now why this information didn't reach you. Sometimes people forget the email they signed up with, other times the emails end up in spam. Hopefully, you have a new site now. Hi Dusko -- searching communications we've had with Cobiro -- I don't see anything about how to use unused coupons? CSS might not be a great fit since we are in the US.

Q: In tier 1 , if i start working with 2 websites and after some time i want to use another new website, is it possible to change or not?

A: Hi Marc,
The short answer is no. A licence Tier 1 will allow you to create 2 websites, however once you activate one website there is no way to change it to another.

so that means no use case probably for us, as if we create a page for short or mid-term product /like concert – we want to sell tickets) than after concert is gone, we ar bounded to a page and unable to change. Good to know, pass. thank you
This needs to be adjusted to make it relevant for the most serious users. Without the ability to upgrade makes it a "no-go" for anyone's use case. This means the most anyone can scale is 25 users.
We understand that this is a highly requested feature. We will make sure your feedback is taken into account and that we can have an update on this very soon :)
I understand your point, however please note the reason it works this way is because each website created is also connected to the other features that we offer alongside the Website Builder - Google Search and Shopping CSS ads. Once you create Shopping ads for a specific website, the integration cannot be undone and replaced by another website.
As we have explained in the link below, you can create more than 25 websites if needed - each website beyond the 25 included in the AppSumo license will require an upgrade to our $15/month Business plan in order for you to fully take advantage of the features available.
If you are selling tickets you can stick to a generic domain like funtickets.com and just change the website content after each concert by adding or removing pages.
Q: Hi I see many agencies are looking for an option to have unlimited or a lot more than 25 websites for their clients.
Is this something you guys are willing to do for extra Appsumo coupons? Please let us know!

We understand that some agencies might be looking for more than 25 websites. For the moment the maximum plan we offer includes 25 websites. Any extra one will need to be paid individually.
Q: There is any no other kind of product template as the one that look like a list?
I saw a video with a different kind of dashboard with more examples, but to me is just possible to use the one that is a list... I need to do it by hand if i want the usual product + description + price in vertical row?
