Q: Where did the website builder go?
I've tried to reach out to your support, and nothing. I can't access and edit my sites, now that you've changed your platform to "Cobiro CSS" for Google Ads and "Cobiro Connect". Neither of these contain my websites, which are still live, and I need to edit them through the Cobiro website builder that you used to have.

Feb 12, 2025A: On August 3rd, 2024, our support has been in contact with Sarah. Unfortunately, the website builder was shut down in 2022. The sites were allowed to remain active. The shutdown was a strategic business decision and AppSumo customers with unused coupons were offered other products.

sarah044I am sorry for the loss of your site. We had a transition period of a year where customers could get help transferring the site to other providers. It is hard to say now why this information didn't reach you. Sometimes people forget the email they signed up with, other times the emails end up in spam. Hopefully, you have a new site now. Hi Dusko -- searching communications we've had with Cobiro -- I don't see anything about how to use unused coupons? CSS might not be a great fit since we are in the US.
