CocoSign Reviews

Buyer beware. We've been using this service for a couple of years now and we've had problems with customer support all along (i.e., they don't respond in a timely manner and sometimes they don't respond at all). Recently, we've been ghosted and can't even log into our account. We've been paying full price for the service (which we liked....when it worked but it also had several issues that were never addressed), and now the service has disappeared all together. The site is saying, "Internal Server Error". They may have completely disappeared and didn't bother to tell their customers to save their documents. Lessons learned: 1) always save your own documents on your own server and 2) go with a tried and true site that has a responsive customer service and a product that isn't broken half of the time. It really is too good to be true. :(

Easy to use, gets the job done faster. No need to meet clients as everything can be done digitally online especially during this time of Covid-19. CocoSign helps me with client works; they are able to sign on easily, editable documents, and share feedback in real-time.

It's great for getting out a quick NDA. If you are sending out a lot of contracts and in an industry that uses email heavily CocoSign is a great resource.

If you’re considering a change in your proposal process, give CocoSign a look as well. Every small business should have CocoSign and use its resources! Great deal overall!

I have had a great week or so looking at this software and I have been really impressed with a number of features, and how I can adapt it into my business, which might help others come up with an idea or two.

CocoSign has been a lifesaver for me. It made the process of appending my signature to a contract I have with a client easy and convenient before the year came to an end.

Using CocoSign was effortless. I just had to attach the contract document to sign it electronically. It turns out, the platform lets you save your signature for future use. Also, for professionals and small businesses, there are plenty of templates to choose from.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to sign documents electronically and efficiently.

In retrospect, we have a bunch of e-signature tools that are either ineffective or absolutely horrendous from a user perspective. I was looking for something that would work quickly and easily across a wide range of document formats, and CocoSign provides just that.

Forget everything, this tool is everything it's touted to be. It's simple to use, works across multiple platforms, and gives great e-signatures while at it. The tool has been an amazing addition to my brand, especially during this super-remote period when I've been working from home.
