Buyer beware. We've been using this service for a couple of years now and we've had problems with customer support all along (i.e., they don't respond in a timely manner and sometimes they don't respond at all). Recently, we've been ghosted and can't even log into our account. We've been paying full price for the service (which we liked....when it worked but it also had several issues that were never addressed), and now the service has disappeared all together. The site is saying, "Internal Server Error". They may have completely disappeared and didn't bother to tell their customers to save their documents. Lessons learned: 1) always save your own documents on your own server and 2) go with a tried and true site that has a responsive customer service and a product that isn't broken half of the time. It really is too good to be true. :(
