Q: I should be interested in this application
This is the platform I need, but I see the way you handle customers makes me hesitant. Additionally, there are still 4 reviews with 4 stars, which makes me even less confident in this platform. I hope you can improve the service side for consumers.
Here’s what I want to ask:
1). If I may know, how many employees do you have at CodeSmash?
2). I see the changelog at

is still empty. I hope this will be updated as well so we can see how fast the application is developing.

Also, I'm currently working on an AI project so its not reasonable to expect that I can focus on multiple projects at the same time. All support for CodeSmash on the other hand is indeed handled immediately, there are no issues there.
So what you are saying is that this product is just a side gig. Single point of failure and currently not a priority? You are selling a product which you wish that it grows and being used, i assume. But it looks like you point out that it is just a side project and no priority, with a single point of risk.
I agree with you, the owner of CodeSmash seems unable to manage this platform to grow. All he thinks about is his personal interests. He doesn’t think about recruiting employees to help the platform develop. Even if it’s not a priority, you should have already thought about how to manage this platform, for example by hiring competent people.
Yes, if at some point there is more growth then I can assign some development tasks to other developers, but at this point, I can't justify that.
