I bought it and liked it.
However, there is one important feature missing that prevents me from starting to use it. It is cap table management.
I manage multiple startups and an additional tool for cap table management is not really an option. It is also a part of the reporting for me.

1. when do you plan to add cap table management?
2. will it be part of the AppSumo deal?
3. or will we need to pay additionally?
