App Sumo account says that I have redeemed the Collaboard plan. However, I have to get familiar with the tool, but my Collaboard account looks as if this is the basic free plan. I have sent 2 Emails to support@collaboard.app to solve this, but did not receive an answer. What is the right way to contact you. Thank you. Sabrina
