Q: Hi, I have purchased an advanced plan in March from App Sumo.
App Sumo account says that I have redeemed the Collaboard plan. However, I have to get familiar with the tool, but my Collaboard account looks as if this is the basic free plan. I have sent 2 Emails to [email protected] to solve this, but did not receive an answer. What is the right way to contact you. Thank you. Sabrina

did you ever get a resolution to this? I, too, purchased the lifetime advanced plan through appsumo and my account shows the basic/free plan.
