I use Lucidchart.
1. Can I create processes, org charts, and flow charts?
2. I haven't seen arrows in your videos. Can I use arrows like in Lucidchart? If so, any examples?
3. Do you have a grid to align everything? Any examples?

Thank you for your questions. Please see here our answers:
1.Yes it is possible to create processes, org chart and flow charts. In Collaboard you can connect all objects with each other.
2.You can use arrows and other sorts of connections. Please have a look here: https://help.collaboard.app/connectors
3.There is the option to display a grid in the background and there is an auto-align feature for objects added to the board.
I will prepare for you an example where you can see the auto-align feature in action.
