Q: Having structure of only 3 or 6 collections etc and 50 videos doesn't make sense.
It's very restrictive. Who the hell is going to plough through 50 videos in that format? It works better with a shorter format and having more collections for price structure! It would be a good deal if the format could be optional. Therefore, option to distribute less video in more collections. It's a trade-off of what recourses we buy from you and how they are distributed. Right now it feels a bit restrictive in terms of use cases. Am I missing something?
I've read thru many of the reviews, questions and responses and I'm confused on several points and would like to see if this is or isn't a viable product for a solo-preneur in a service based industry (not e-commerce).
Q1 - Is a "Collection" a video series of a single topic or product? This was asked previously but a clear answer wasn't given. So if one wants to have different topic videos - that would increase the number of collections vs. one topic with many videos which is what it appears to be? Please clarify. I get that Collection videos can be deleted and replaced by others but with limits so low on Collections if this is how it works - that creates a LOT of work to continue creating videos and the others may still be important to share.
Also, for the example given of 8 Tips for a Perfect Video found at https://bigvu.tv/collections/60d88af160db916f82348228, it is considered a Collection and then the 8 previews on the left, are those considered 8 videos within a Collection? Or is it one Collection with one uploaded video?
Q2 - It is unclear as of 12/14/21 if the issue has been addressed about a user - NOT a contributor - being required to create even a free account to access a Collection for the first time? If this is the case, it is a huge turnoff from the user standpoint if they are potential customers and not even clients. The know, like trust factor has to be built and people are less inclined to create an account just to check something out vs. if they already know a person/brand and wanting updates.
Q3 - Based on others comments it seems BigVu branding is huge and all over and can pull our potential client base away to a BigVu page - if this is a paid service that should definitely not be happening.
Q4 - I assume uploaded videos can be from our computer as well, correct? Not just a phone upload or from a platform like YouTube, FB or the other examples given.
As other have said, the pricing seems a bit high for the number of collections. I would love to more collections with fewer videos each as well.
Also, I would love to have some of my customer upload their own videos, but do not want them to have to register and answer questions. I just want them to record a video and then wait for me to approve it so that it can be added to the collection.
My main concern however, is that your featured example on your own website (https://bigvu.tv/interactive-videos.html) the videos audio overlaps. Often, before the next video starts, the audio for that video talks over the audio for the currently playing video. If that is happening on your example page, I am concerned that this will happen to my pages and will make my collections look unprofessional and unintelligible.

Can you address this? Thank you.
