This is the top level hierarchy for you. Then, You need to add Quarterly Team Objectives as Sub-Objective at the bottom of the Annual Team Objective. 2.a. You can link KR's to Objectives and Sub-Objectives(These are basically Objectives that have a parent Objective) but can't with KRs. Because we believe that a clear separation of Objectives and KRs is necessary for the OKR process to run smoothly. That's why we didn't include the ability to connect KRs with KRs in ConectoHub, but we are planning to add it in the future according to the need of users. Objectives should be challenging and tells where you want to go but other hand Key results are a set of metrics that that need to be achieved in order to meet the objective. I'm very impressed to see a tool that brings together OKR's with Project/Task Management.
I've used Asana and ConectoHub looks a lot like it so it's familiar. However, we don't use Asana anymore because it doesn't have an Agenda view, a place where a user can see his tasks from one or multiple projects in a weekly or daily view, can drag&drop tasks from one day to another, etc. You can see this task in action in Ora[dot]pm. For me, this Agenda view is a game-changer and it was the reason I left Asana and didn't look back. The second thing that I'd like to see in ConectoHub is the addition of KPI's. For each Key Result we should be able to define 3-5 KPI which should be measured daily/weekly. Some examples would be Number of calls to clients for a KR like Increase the number of new clients, Number of blog posts posted for a KR like Grow organic traffic, etc. The KPI's are the actions we should take in order to achieve the KR and they should be measured and tracked against targets daily/weekly/monthly.

This product seems great but I'm confused about why there is such a small limit on the users. I saw that there is an option for guest users but I didn't see anywhere what guest users can see or do or how to add them. Is that documented anywhere on your site?

I replied you on customer support. To summarize, you can add users from different companies to your project as guest users.
Guest users do not count to user limit.

Hi, so this doesn't really help because you're essentially saying that if the person doesn't have conectohub they can't be a guest user. Am I reading that right?
Yes they must have a ConectoHub account(can be even free account we have free plan) for added as a guest user for now. But we are working on adding users that don't have an account on ConectoHub
Q: Hi, since i live in japan, is this also compatible for the japanese market?
What languages do you support (and are on the roadmap?).

Q: Hi, I'm very impressed to see a tool that brings together OKR's with Project/Task Management.
I've used Asana and ConectoHub looks a lot like it so it's familiar. However, we don't use Asana anymore because it doesn't have an Agenda view, a place where a user can see his tasks from one or multiple projects in a weekly or daily view, can drag&drop tasks from one day to another, etc. You can see this task in action in Ora[dot]pm. I'd gladly buy ConectoHub 4-5 codes if I'd know this Agenda view will be implemented.
The second thing that I'd like to see in ConectoHub is the addition of KPI's. For each Key Result we should be able to define 3-5 KPI which should be measured daily/weekly. Some examples would be Number of calls to clients for a KR like Increase the number of new clients, Number of blog posts posted for a KR like Grow organic traffic, etc. The KPI's are the actions we should take in order to achieve the KR and they should be measured and tracked against targets daily/weekly/monthly.
