I tried out the free account before taking the plunge, and honestly, the Price (I'm not in the US) is very affordable as the exchange rate normally puts software like this out of reach. Hi, The app is exactly what I need: CRM, Projects and People (and more). Besides the normal (standard) features in an app of this type the following features are given special praise; 1. The employee skills seems searchable (to be seen when code-converted to version with more than one employee allowed), which is very usable. 2. Every employee can have separat hourly rate. 3. UI is friendly, structured giving quick overview and reasonable sleek. 4. Any base currency can be set up. 5. Settings are elaborated and yet well structured giving quick overview
A clear 5 Taco app if it wasn't for:
6. Just bought a code, logged in, testing around and still on free mode - this should be an automated proces. 7. There is a 1-2 second delay when loading new screens/functionalities - this is close to be a dealbreaker. I've bought another CRM system with 2-4 seconds delay, which I'm not using due to this delay. So please eliminate the delay. 8. Although the feature with generating a random password when assigning a client a logon is very clever, the password is pre-filled with ones own password?! This is not good - please make this field empty. 9. A minor bug is the 24 hour mode watch shown on Dashboard with PM designation.
All in all: Very good with some (minor to moderate) improvements to be done.

I've been using confleo for a few days now and it's the best tool I've used for project management, CRM, and HR.
