I’m updating my review because the ConnectMachine team responded incredibly fast and professionally after my initial feedback.

My first experience was honestly frustrating. I encountered serious issues with Spanish-language contact handling, search accuracy, and calendar recognition. Since these are core features of the product, I initially felt the app was unreliable for my needs.

However, I want to recognize that the team took the feedback seriously. They contacted me directly, acknowledged the problems, and informed me that they had already fixed the issues I reported.

That level of responsiveness is rare, especially in early-stage AI products.

I still need more real-world testing before giving a final verdict, but I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, speed, and willingness to improve based on user feedback.

For Spanish-speaking users in particular, I hope the platform continues improving its handling of names, contacts, and contextual recognition, because that is extremely important in real-world usage.

So far, I’m positively surprised by the support and by how quickly they reacted.
