Thank you for the detailed review. You were right, and we're sorry for the trouble this caused.
We confirmed the issue. Because your company page posts through your personal LinkedIn account, our system was counting both against a shared limit of 10 comments per day and ignoring the custom limit you set. This is now fixed:
- Separate daily limits: your personal profile and company page each have...
Find relevant LinkedIn posts and automate your comments

Posting on LinkedIn is one thing. Finding the conversations where your potential customers are already active, and making time to contribute to them, is another. ConnectSafely helps with that by finding relevant posts and preparing comments you can publish from your own account.
You can target posts using keywords, job titles and specific creators. For example, if you sell software to agency owners, you can look for conversations around the problems your product solves rather than spending time scrolling through your feed hoping to find the right people.
You can also give ConnectSafely a persona with your background, tone and writing style. I like that you can test it against an actual LinkedIn post before letting it comment on your behalf. There's an approval option too, so you can read, edit or reject comments before they go live. I'd use that while getting the persona right, especially because a generic AI comment under someone else's post can do more harm than good.
The commenting and engagement features ran during my test once I had them set up. I haven't used it long enough to judge whether that activity turns into leads, but I can see the appeal of spending less time searching for relevant posts and more time reviewing what I want to say.
One of the options to connect your account is through a Chrome extension that works with your authenticated LinkedIn session in your own browser, on your own computer and IP. I highly recommend using this method over others. The team also uses randomized activity intervals, variable session lengths, activity scheduled during your working hours, conservative daily limits and a gradual warm-up for newly connected accounts.
These safeguards are designed to reduce account risk, although no automation can guarantee that an account won't be flagged. I'd start with comment approval enabled so I can control what gets published.
Overall, I'd look at ConnectSafely if you already know who you want to reach on LinkedIn but struggle to consistently find and participate in the right conversations. The targeting and comment approval options are the features I'd spend time with first.

Thanks for the honest and detailed review, really appreciate it!
Totally agree on keeping approval mode on at first. It's the best way to get your persona sounding right. And yes, the Chrome extension is the setup we recommend to everyone too.
Would love to hear how the leads side goes after a few more weeks. If you need any help with targeting or setup, just ping us 🙏
