I’m writing this with a heavy heart as a loyal, long-time Sumo-ling. I invested in Connexify (Tier 3), truly believing in the potential of the tool. Fast forward 7 months, and the platform is completely dead (404 error) and the team has gone silent.

It is incredibly disappointing to see a project you backed at a high tier simply vanish. As someone who consistently supports AppSumo deals, I’ve always trusted this marketplace to vet the products we buy. When a founder "ghosts" the community like this, it’s the loyal customers who take the hit.

I love the AppSumo ecosystem, but stories like Connexify make it hard to keep investing in high tiers. I really hope the AppSumo team can step in here to hold these founders accountable or provide some protection for those of us who lost our investment. We look to you, AppSumo, to stand by your loyal community when a deal turns out to be "vaporware."

Update May 14 2026: I've refunded this. It's now confirmed as abandoned without so much as a word from the founder.

This started with much fanfare, lots of movement towards getting to the "promised land" of what was pre-sold. We're not even a year in the project appears to be ghosted. No one from support responds.

I've had too many of these situations now that I did not renew my Plus.

Avoid.

The tool is rendered useless to us as the first configuration item was the white labelling which promptly white screened the settings area.

We unfortunately did not try the tool during the 60 days refund window so stuck with an expensive, unsupported, roadmap no longer updated - no development is a good guess.. app.

Avoid ..

If this is what I believe it is, every single people should do their best to gather the money and purchase a 5 tier plan, or pay monthly to ensure ongoing support of this product.

There seems to be no support whatsoever.

Connexify has been an absolute game-changer for our onboarding process. What used to require hours of emails, video calls, and step-by-step explanations for granting access to Google Ads and Meta Ads now happens seamlessly. The amount of time we’ve saved is huge, and in our business, saved time translates to increased revenue.

We initially signed up for the Tier 3 plan but as it only had a 2 account limit (and also seeing how much efficiency it brought to our workflow), upgrading to Tier 5 was an easy decision. We needed to manage more accounts, and Connexify made scaling simple and cost-effective, especially compared to the pricey service we were using before.

What sets Connexify apart for us, beyond the lifetime plan, was the ability to fully white-label the experience. Having our own subdomain and matching branding colours made the onboarding process look polished, professional, and aligned with our brand. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference in client trust.

And of course, I have to mention the support. Sandor has been phenomena! He's responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed with the platform. His support alone is a major reason we’ll be sticking with Connexify long-term.

If you’re onboarding clients into ad platforms, Connexify is easily one of the smartest investments you can make.
