I've purchased a LOT of appsumo deals that promised collaboration, namely a lot of CRM-type solutions; and many of them claimed to have great chat functionality... If you've done the same as me, then maybe you'll understand where I'm going. I desperately wanted a GOOD chat solution, but I couldnt find one (until I found Considerful).
I needed a much better and "true" team chat solution. Clearly, expecting a lot of different features to be perfect for every feature, from other business SaaS applications, is a lot to ask for, from what I've discovered.
There is a lot to be said about having a dedicated solution that focuses entirely on its primary job, and one that does it exceedingly well. Enter Considerful.
I think that Considerful is a wonderful chat solution that is already making my life and my teammates lives a lot easier. It keeps things simple, while also ensuring that you aren't missing anything important. I highly recommend that you try Considerful, its definitely worth the price and the value that you'll get.
Good software. Simple but much needed concept. Happy to be an early adopter and hope this one sticks around for a long time.
Couple notes: - Charge more. The users who need this would be happy to pay a lot more for it. - Keep the UI simple - I need to use this with non-technical clients about technical matters. The subject matter of my discussion with them is where I want their heads at, not on trying to figure out the UI. It's perfect the way it is - I full stacked, easy decision; too easy. I'm a developer, and I need an API, because I have clients who won't use an external system, other than email, for this. I will gladly stack 3 or 5 more codes if necessary to convince you to give me an API, just let me know. Create discussions, post comments, etc. I don't need the AI features exposed via API; I can build those myself in the systems where I want to show the content. Don't care about embeds via iframe; I can't use them in these client systems. - I understand you don't have a roadmap you can share yet. That's okay, it's early days and there's time for that later. Have you given any thought to how you'll differentiate from Twist? When you do figure it out, could you ensure you keep the clutter to a minimum? I use Twist, and my clients are often overwhelmed with the inbox functionality of it.
All in all, an absolute stellar product, executed extremely well. If you could share more about your own struggles as a developer that led you to scratch this itch, I'd be interested in hearing them.
Best of luck, you have something special here; hope you're able to keep it that way.

Thank you so much for the kind words and wonderful review. A few notes here:
1. Keeping the clutter to a minimum is a core value. If anything, as the product evolves I will look for ways to minimize things even further. Not to the point of confusion, mind you. I completely agree with keeping things simple.
2. There is an API to create/modify discussions and responses, but it is without...
