3) How to delete leads for the false leads that we are getting. It is messing up our stats.

4) Our customers complain that when they reach out to us from their mobile phone through our CNAME page. The calls got dropped when their screen light was turned off.

5) Why does no one ever reply or respond through your website's live chat/audio call option, at all. We tried reaching out to you/your agent 5 times and dropped messages as well. No response whatsoever.

==> Exactly, you'd need to create a Stripe-Connected-Account that is connected with Consolto in order to use this. It's a one-time setup.

==> That's a good catch. We'd need to find a solution for this as the backoffice is hosted on app.consolto.com and at this time, it can't be white-labeled. You can remove the "Powered with ❤️ by Consolto.com" with the white-labeling feature that's accessible from the Control-tab in the settings of the agent.

==> We don't currently have a delete/archive mechanism for leads. Coming later this year.

==> We can check this and the best way to get this handled is to send us a mail to info@consolto.com. If this is a bug, we will add it to the todo list.

==> Our agents are currently overloaded with huge amounts of requests. It was a very successful Appsumo campaign. We always try to respond, if not over the chat --> over email. Please make sure to leave your email and we'll make sure to respond within a 48-hour window (not including weekends which could take a little longer).
