Your website simply says when you run out of credits or minutes to "upgrade to next plan" (ps. you have typos in the FAQ- as I am the king of Typos myself, though you would want to know). That in itself isn't helpful because what if you're already on the top plan below enterprise? And then regarding the AppSumo deal, what happens when you run out? Can you by ala carte credits since your website says you cannot, and if so, what is the cost?

that isn't funny. that feels deceptive. I have literally got questions from my team wondering about whether it's worth it or not or going to be stuck with a large cost after that

For me, this entire concept is taking too much attention from everyone.

You can see that 1) the last refill was before the Appsumo campaign, where we're getting hundreds of leads.
2) The amount used since our last refill. 250 credits. Equivalent to ±$2.5
3) The cost of this on the platform itself.
If you have a decent amount of leads, then give us some good vibes for doing so much work in such a low budget :)
