Q: Can you please update the the chat window ux/ui?
Is not as appealing to incoming customers compared to other Chat widgets.

Me too.
Style, make it more plain, simple, light-weight like any other goot chat tool in market.
Just a few quick tips e.g. why the borders are so thick and priminent, the background color should be white, rest of the colors should be very soft or extremely light. I mean just have a look at others.
