Could we get more information on GDPR compliance? (the whole thing, DPA, where your data is located, etc.). Also, how secure are the files stored? Thanks.

Any chance that you add a ticketing system in your solution? Thanks.

As for the specific questions - the data is stored in the US IN AWS. All the data is encrypted at rest and at transit.
