Can we manage team members? Assign each member to one website and restrict to others? ==> Yes, we let you assign team members to certain websites. Use the "Page Matches" feature.
What is mean customer white-labeling? Can we get full whitelabel? ==> Customer white-label means that on the customer-side, you can hide the Consolto links. Please note that email notifications can be white-labeled as well but the sending domain is still consolto.com (We plan to change that in the future..)
Do you support multilanguage for backend platform area? ==> Not at this moment. Main reason is that hosts can use the browser's translation.
Do you support multilanguage frontend chat area? ==> Yes, Consolto has the option to switch languages on the widget side.
